The device has a built-in SIM card, so once a plan is activated it works entirely on its own — no smartphone or Wi-Fi pairing required for the wearer.

Every plan tier includes the full set of safety features with nothing locked behind a higher tier: real-time GPS tracking, automatic fall detection alerts, one-touch SOS emergency calling, geofencing safe zones, two-way voice calling, and access to the SecuPro Mobile App for unlimited family members and caregivers.

The activation fee covers setting up your device's cellular connection and account on our network. It only applies to the Month-to-Month plan ($29 activation fee, no contract). The Monthly plan (one-year contract) and the Annual plan both have no activation fee.

Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum required. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM PT ship the same day (next business day otherwise), and most customers receive their device within 7–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
