SecuLife has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after
activating your service, to request a return.
Service Plan refund will only be granted within 15-days from activation
date. Device Must be returned to Seculife in its original condition
including all accessories, only after verification of device’s return a
refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after the 15 days has
passed.
Device is purchased on Amazon’s Seculife Store, Service plan is purchased with Seculife at activation. Seculife Devices are not compatible with other service providers and are
not sold separately or without activation. Devices and all accompanying accessories must be returned when requesting
service cancelation. Cancelation Device fee of up to $175 will be charges if device is not returned, device damaged or lost or
returned to another merchant center other that SecuLife
facility/office.
Cancel Services
Devices MUST BE returned to SecuLife facilities, we do not accept returns
processed back to AMAZON.
To be eligible for a return, your SecuLife Device must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can submit a cancelation request online
or email us at support@seculife.us.
Cancel Services
If your return is accepted by SecuLife support team, we’ll send you a return
shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method please allow 2 credit card cycles to
reflect the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
