  3. Tap Delete Account  
  4. Confirm your request  

 5.2 Submit a Data Deletion Request 

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by: 

Include: 

  • Your registered email address  
  • Your name (optional but helpful)  

We may verify your identity before processing the request. 

5.3 Deletion Timeline 

  • Requests acknowledged within 5 business days  
  • Data deleted within 30 days of verification  
  • Backup data permanently deleted within 90 days  

5.4 What Happens After Deletion 

  • Your account and personal data will be permanently removed  
  • Some data may be retained if required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes
